On October 19, 2021, the FCC’s Media Bureau released a Hearing Designation Order, Order to Show Cause, and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing in the above-captioned matter.1 As directed by the Roger Wahl HDO pursuant to sections 1.91(c) and 1.221(c) of the Commission’s rules, Mr. Wahl filed an appearance in this hearing proceeding on November 11, 2021.2 2. An initial status conference will be conducted virtually on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 10:00 AM via an online platform accessible to all parties.3 On or before Tuesday, January 11, 2022, the parties shall submit the following information: • A proposed schedule of this case, including pre-hearing and post-hearing matters; • A description of the type of discovery anticipated, if any; and • A description of expected pre-hearing motions, including motions for protective orders. 3. This proceeding will be conducted pursuant to the written hearing procedures codified at sections 1.370 through 1.377 of the Commission’s rules.4 As the proposed schedules will be discussed during the initial status conference, no written pleadings responsive to the parties’ scheduling submissions will be entertained. 4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that that parties shall serve filings on each other via electronic mail whenever possible.5 7.
