On February 23, 2022, the FCC’s Media Bureau released a Hearing Designation Order, Notice of Opportunity for Hearing, and Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture in the above-captioned matter.1 As directed by that order, and pursuant to section 1.221(c) of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR § 1.221(c), counsel for the Marion Education Exchange filed an appearance in this hearing proceeding on March 14, 2022.2 2. An initial status conference will be conducted virtually on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at 10:00 AM via an online platform accessible to all parties.3 On or before April 14, 2022, the parties shall submit the following information: • A proposed schedule for this case; • A description of the type of discovery anticipated, if any; and • A description of expected pre-hearing motions, if any. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the initial status conference in this matter will be held virtually on April 20, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m., at which a hearing schedule shall be set. All subsequent oral conferences, if needed, shall be conducted in this same manner unless otherwise directed. 4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit the information required above on or before April 14, 2022.
