   1. This order temporarily suspends the filing deadlines for written hearing submissions in the above-
captioned proceeding until further notice.  A brief suspension is necessary to allow the Presiding Judge to 
consider issues raised by the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau in its Emergency Motion to Strike filed on 
November 1, 2022.1  Pursuant to section 1.294(b) of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR § 1.294(b), Snake 
River Radio’s response to the Emergency Motion to Strike is due on or before November 7, 2022.  As a 
result of this suspension of filing deadlines, Snake River Radio Radio’s Affirmative Case in this 
proceeding is not due today as originally scheduled.  The Presiding Judge will issue a revised written 
hearing schedule upon disposition of the Emergency Motion to Strike.  
     
   2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the deadlines for written hearing submissions in this 
proceeding established by the Presiding Judge in her order of April 1, 2022, FCC 22M-08, ARE 
SUSPENDED until further notice.2
