On January 6, 2023, the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau filed a motion requesting an extension of the discovery period in this proceeding, which is currently set to end on January 18.1 The Enforcement Bureau cites the volume of information produced by Arm & Rage in response to a motion to compel granted by the Presiding Judge, as well as significant technical problems it encountered in receiving that documentation in a readable format.2 The Enforcement Bureau indicates that Arm & Rage does not object to the requested extension.3 2. The Presiding Judge agrees that it is reasonable to extend the discovery period in this proceeding to allow for thorough review of all submitted documents as well as any related interlocutory processes. All other deadlines are similarly extended to account for the longer discovery period. 3.
