      1.    Due to significant time expended in resolving complex pre-hearing motions, the 
Presiding Judge, on April 4, 2024, suspended the hearing schedule previously adopted in this proceeding

and directed the parties to propose a new schedule.1  The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau submitted a 
proposed schedule on April 15, 2024.2  Antonio Cesar Guel indicated that he does not object to that 
proposed schedule.3  The Presiding Judge finds the Enforcement Bureau’s proposed schedule to be 
reasonable and therefore adopts it, with slight modifications, as follows:
