COMMISSIONER ANNA M. GOMEZ

Re: 	Delete, Delete, Delete, GN Docket No. 25-133,  Direct Final Rule (March 26, 2026). 

I want to thank the staff of the Office of Economics and Analytics for their work on this item. However, as I have expressed before, I am sincerely concerned about the direct final rule process the Commission has been using to eliminate rules. Substantive rules adopted by the Commission pursuant to notice and comment, should not be eliminated without the same due process. 
Several of the provisions being deleted today, however, are obsolete or expired, 47 CFR § 1.790; 47 CFR §§ 1.2200-2209; 47 CFR § 1.2105(c)(6).
 and I concur with the order with regard to their deletion.
For these reasons, I concur in part and dissent in part.
