Decision. FCC 91R-121. in this case. Prior to its release. 
Broadcast Communications, Inc. (BCI) filed on January 3. 
1992, a petition for leave to amend. pursuant to 4 7 CFR § 
1.65. The amendment reports that the proposed sale of 
Radio Station WYIC has been cancelled and that BCI has 
permanently discontinued operation of WYIC. No com­
ments have been received concerning the petition: its 
acceptance involves no determination as to the effect to be 
given the amendment: and good cause has been shown. 
2. ACCORDINGLY. IT IS ORDERED, That the peti­
tion for leave to amend filed January 3. 1992 by Broad­
